To meet the specific needs of SIN, and following the European Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) Regulations, Abaco provided consulting services and technology for the development and maintenance of the Integrated Control System in Agriculture, known as IACS. Furthermore, Abaco implemented the LPIS system to identify the agricultural "plots" connected with each farmer.

ABACO DbMAP technology with Oracle Spatial database is the GIS architecture used by Agrisian Scpa to manage the land data used for the controls on payments of subsidies in Italy. Oracle Spatial manages hundreds of GB of vector data and thousands of GB of raster images, which are then available and modifiable via http, through DbMAP components.

Thousands users interact with the database concurrently through the Internet and the intranet for consultation, or to apply the changes resulting from field controls or photo interpretation.

Abaco provides technical assistance to the Region Veneto's Paying Agency in the field of software development for the following needs: management and investigation of subsidy claims under the EU CAP schemes, the corrective maintenance and upgrading of existing modules; design and development of new application modules; supporting local partners and transferring of know-how. With up-to-date and validated information, AVEPA has always control over the whole business process monitoring the status of cases, the budget, controls, and payments.

To meet the specific requirements of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Macedonia, Abaco deployed the modules of SITI Agri to implement the "Farm Register" as required by the EU Regulations. With these modules a comprehensive integrated administrative register of agricultural holdings has been established, resulting in a more effective decision-making. The main purpose of the "Farm Register" is to connect and unify all registers, setting a unique identification number for each farm and to collect relevant knowledge about the Macedonian agriculture indicators.

Abaco implemented the LPIS module integrated into the National Agricultural Information System in support of the Farm Registry module.

The advanced level of standardization of SITI Agri modules enabled Abaco to create new systems, or integrate existing systems, quickly and with known costs. For this reason, many Paying Agencies, public bodies, or other organizations needing an Integrated Administration and Control System (IACS) are choosing SITI Agri.

SITI LMIS is used by the biggest Italian municipalities (and a number of small towns), that have decided to implement a modern Land Management Information System (LMIS) that incorporates traditional and innovative features into a unique system. Everyday SITI LMIS manages cadastral data for over 6 milions of inhabitants living in the cities of Milan, Rome, Verona, Venice, Monza, and Mantova, among others.
SITI LMIS has been designed for those who need to manage, integrate and publish cadastral data; to acquire data from the territorial agencies and to integrate them within the municipal database; and to navigate and display information. The collaboration of individual departments, gave rise to a common asset for the whole institution and became an essential condition to make decisions, or to plan the development of the territory.
Today SITI LMIS is a solid system that, thanks to its modularity is used by many other services, such as: online printing of certificates of urban use (CDU); web land management; management of public land permits; integration of additional map layers; spatial analysis; management of of the street maps and addresses; and other advanced applications.

To meet the specific needs of the Lazio Region, Abaco has created for LAit Spa a new information system for real-estate management and state-owned property management. The new system uses some modules of SITI EMS, to successfully support the technical-administrative services of the Lazio Region.

ATER is the company which manages public housing in the Municipality of Verona; ATER is using successfully the SITI EMS solution to manage a single, centralized registry of real-estate assets, together with the renting and maintenance operations.
Thanks to this, the duties of the people has been streamlined and simplified by removing the need for consultation of redundant real estate repositories. In addition, linking the information to the property object (land and technical data, pictures and documents, property value, tax costs, operations and maintenance costs, rents, etc.), it has become easier to obtain reports and statistics on the corporate activities, and to analyse the economy indicators of each property.

Enasarco, vigilance body for social security, assistance, training and growth of Sales Agents, uses Abaco's solutions as their Estate Management System.
The solution has been designed to control the operators, due to the number of units to be managed for technical and taxation purposes.
During the start-up phase, where we imported the information of the old database, Enasarco recognised the advantages of the new solution, especially on timesaving, easiness of planning, and full-search capabilities.

Within Sorgente Spa, a group dealing with investment funds in the field of public savings, Aramaico Immobiliare has selected some Abaco software modules to control the revenues, rents and all the essential documentation.

With the modules of SITI EMS, the company was able to offer an effective service supporting many aspects like actual costs, value and profitability, achieving significant results in terms of better organization and management efficiency.

La Gaiana is one of the first real estate companies listed on the Italian Stock Exchange uses the modules of SITI EMS to manage both its own assets and third party estates.

The Autonomous Province of Bolzano uses Abaco DbMAP technology to provide a three-dimensional mapping service reproducing their own 3D spatial data.
ABACO's DbMAP Web 3D is used to display layers, which are then coloured, textured and symbolized with the same themes used by the GIS portal of the Province. All citizens can use this free service on the Internet.

The Statistical Office of the European Union in Luxembourg (EUROSTAT), is one of the major Directorates of the European Commission. Its principal mission is to offer high-quality statistical services, making them available to institutions and citizens.
Since 2010 the European Commission has awarded a contract to Abaco for the development, production and management of geographic information systems and spatial information. With its consulting services to the European Commission, Abaco offers several benefits including: project management, data editing process aimed at the creation and maintenance of spatial information, mapping, development and maintenance of GIS web service consulting for functional analysis, executive and project feasibility, development of maintenance applications, database creation and digitalizing spatial data and spatial analysis.
For the development of the software, the definition and creation of databases and the development of web services, Abaco adopts OGC - Open Geospatial Consortium and ISO 191xx series; the data definitions and metadata specifications from INSPIRE initiative.

The Land Management office of the Province of Rome has chosen the DbMAP technology to supply WebGIS services from its web portal. Today it is one of the most advanced cartographic portals and it offers advanced WebGIS services used by the agency itself and by citizens, through excellent 2D and 3D viewers of Abaco.

GEO-SIT is the on-line service through which the subscribers of the web portal Geoweb, can overlay orthophotos with map extracts from SISTER (National Land Management Agency's portal).
GEO-SIT was born from the collaboration between Geoweb Spa, Blom CGR and ABACO S.p.A.: it takes advantage of the most updated and Blom UrbEx sophisticated photo archive covering the whole Italian territory (by Blom CGR) and the powerful platform DbMAP (by Abaco) which enables the overlay of extracts of cadastral maps (in PDF format).

Seat Pagine Gialle (Italian Yellow Pages) has adopted Abaco's 3D technology of Abaco in a pilot project called "Visual Yellow Pages". Thanks to the terrific performances guaranteed by the 3D display system, today this technology has been made available also on the very well known italian portal TUTTOCITTA '.
The online portal of Tuttocittà 3D offers an advanced interface that can be used within an Internet browser, it enables the user to navigate in 3D through the country and to visit virtual representations of main Italian cities. This portal is the result of the integration of data and services provided by SEAT and the technology platform called DbMAP Web 3D of Abaco.
Among the main features of the platform (DbMAP Web 3D), in addition to the middleware dealing with the 3D database, an outstanding engineering data model offers high performances for streaming large amounts of rich 3D content. These features enable the system to handle large amounts of data over the Internet with very high quality results. Tuttocittà 3D reaches the LOD 3 (Level Of Details 3) CityGML standard, which is the 3D visualization of land and buildings including roofs and façades.
